Excellent experience. I had a pretty restrictive list of wants/needs in the property I was looking for which made for it very difficult to find a match. Chase helped me with my search for a year- always updating listings and showing me new options that would come onto market. Chase always answered my calls or returned them promptly, and he did a ton of ground work to help me find what I was looking for. Chase has been absolutely stellar! My husband and I purchased from out of state and Chase was our eyes and ears on this purchase. He found us a phenomenal home that met all of our boxes. Our relationship didn't end there, we are still in contact with any sorts of questions about the home, how things work and yard maintenance questions, etc. He has also provided us with a list of local resources above and beyond the customary utility services, i.e. handy man, water system maintenance, for any future issues we may have.
